Our dream is to preserve the Saxonia House property and the buildings still standing. The house is a registered, rare, half-timber landmark built in 1855 with a historic beer cave (1860). The brewery is now gone. On the original footprint, we wish to rebuild the former Beer Hall and use it and the Saxonia House to provide community spaces for arts, history, culinary, and other public cultural events and programs.
